Factory Perimeter Razor Wire Barrier

Concertina razor wire carried on cranked arms above a precast concrete wall, together with a green PVC coated wire mesh line at an industrial facility.

Concertina razor wire and green wire mesh above an industrial concrete wall

In the photograph the line runs along the top of a perimeter wall built from precast concrete panels. Behind the wall is an active site with a loading door, plant machinery and vehicle movement; the job of the enclosure was not merely to draw a boundary but to protect that working area from outside.

Green PVC coated wire mesh uprights were added on top of the wall, with rows of concertina razor wire carried on cranked arms at their tips. Because the concertina type opens into a bulky obstacle, it was the option that gave the strongest deterrence above a wall; a single flat row of barbed wire could not have closed the same height as effectively.
