Wire Mesh and Roll Fencing

Artificial Grass Fencing

Artificial grass fencing is the fastest way to turn a fence that is already standing into an opaque green screen without taking it down.

Drawing of grass fence: vertical artificial grass strips threaded through the mesh

Artificial grass fencing is not a separate fence but a covering fitted over the existing one. Strips of artificial grass are threaded one by one through the apertures of the panel or the woven mesh; the fence underneath keeps carrying the load and the strip only closes the face. There is therefore no need to take down a run that is standing soundly.

Because the strips close the surface, the fence no longer lets wind through. That closed face cuts the view and the dust, but it also transfers the entire wind load to the posts. On a weak run, or one with inadequate foundations, the posts need checking before artificial grass goes on; otherwise the fence bends along its length in the first strong wind.

For artificial grass left outdoors, UV resistance is what matters. An untreated strip under constant sun yellows and turns brittle within a few summers, while a strip made with UV additives keeps its colour far longer. Under the Antalya sun that difference decides directly when the fencing will need replacing.

Frequently asked questions

That is exactly how the product is meant to be used. The strips are threaded through the apertures of a welded mesh panel or woven wire; the fence is not removed, only its face is closed. It can be applied to any run that is standing and sound.

Because the strips close the face, the fence no longer passes wind and the whole load goes onto the posts. On exposed runs we check the posts and foundations first and strengthen them where necessary before fitting.
